(1) When the dryer runs normally, the extract spray dryer should receive and check the material regularly, and record in detail, mainly some of its process parameters. After the work is completed, clean water should be used instead of the material liquid to flush the dryer, so that the remaining material liquid in the machine can be washed away and rinsed clean, so that there is no residue.

(2) The dust remover of the dryer should also be cleaned. The traditional Chinese medicine extract centrifugal spray dryer should have no residual material inside. The nozzle needs to be removed for cleaning to ensure that it can be cleaned thoroughly without any residue on it, so as not to affect its service life.

(3) If the product is to be replaced or the dryer has not been used for more than 24 hours, the lpg50 centrifugal spray dryer should be thoroughly cleaned before use, and no dead space should be left.
