① The bottom of the dryer is equipped with an inverted conical structure, which gradually expands the flow cross-section of the drying gas from bottom to top. The bottom airflow is relatively large, while the upper airflow is relatively small, ensuring that the large particles in the lower part are in a fluidized state, while the small particles in the upper part are also in a fluidized state. The hot air is rotated along the vertebral body to increase the bottom wind speed, reduce the length of the cantilever part of the mixing shaft, and increase the safety and reliability of operation; It can keep the bearings outside the machine, effectively preventing them from working in high-temperature areas, thereby extending the service life of the bearings.
② Set a scraper on the mixing teeth. While the material is being crushed by the stirring teeth, it is also thrown towards the machine wall, sticking to the wall surface. If not scraped off in time, it can cause equipment vibration and even cause the mixer to freeze and not rotate. A scraper is installed on the mixing teeth to timely peel off the materials sticking to the machine wall, avoiding wall sticking.
③ The rotation speed of the mixing shaft is controlled by a continuously variable speed motor. Choose different rotational speeds according to the product particle size requirements. The faster the stirring shaft speed, the smaller the product particle size.
④ A classifier is installed on the upper part of the dryer. By changing the hole diameter of the classifier and the height of the classification section, the air flow rate can be adjusted to control the size and quantity of particles leaving the dryer, ultimately achieving control over water content and the residence time of the material in the drying section.
⑤ The rotation speed of the screw conveyor of the feeding machine is controlled by an inorganic speed regulating motor. Control the feeding speed based on material properties and drying process parameters.
⑥ The equipment has a compact structure and a small footprint, integrating drying, crushing, and grading. It is an organic combination of cyclone technology, fluidization technology, jet technology, and convection technology. After drying, there is no need for further crushing and screening, simplifying the production process and saving power and equipment costs.
