Drying paste like and heat sensitive materials can easily recover solvents and perform pyrolysis and reaction operations.
This reaction operation is suitable for drying materials that can cause pollution to the environment and materials that are prone to drift, such as pesticides, dyes, and their intermediates. On the basis of basic configuration, equipped with bag filter, fin heater, and induced draft fan, it captures trace amounts of particularly fine and light materials carried in the exhaust gas, achieving the purpose of protecting the environment and reducing product losses.
When drying materials with different properties, both the drying time and the drying operation of the dried material in the dryer are different.
1. Drying sticky materials: The cone structure inside the dryer, the erosion of the air flow on the wall, and the structure of the agitator determine the ability to handle materials with a certain viscosity.
2. Drying heat sensitive materials: Due to the short drying time, high relative velocity between the material and hot air, and the hot air not directly contacting the dried material, it is suitable for handling heat sensitive materials.
3. High drying intensity: Due to the crushing, erosion, and collision of materials during the drying process, the surface area increases, which strengthens the drying process; At the same time, due to the fact that hot air does not directly contact the dried material, the inlet temperature can be higher than the melting point of the material, so the XSG series rotary flash dryer has high drying intensity.
