Description
The material enters the machine from the feeding port, and under the action of vibration, the material is thrown forward continuously in the horizontal direction. The hot air passes through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material. The wet air is removed by the cyclone separator and discharged through the exhaust port, while the dry material is discharged through the exhaust port.
The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, which operates smoothly, is easy to maintain, has low noise, long service life, and is easy to maintain.
High thermal efficiency, can save more than 30% energy compared to general drying devices. The bed temperature distribution is uniform, without local overheating, fluidization is uniform, and there are no dead corners.
Good adjustability, suitable for wide surface area, thickness of material layer, movement speed inside the machine, and uniform full amplitude change, achieving stepless adjustment.
● It has minimal damage to the surface of materials and can be used for drying fragile materials; Irregular material particles do not affect the working effect.
Adopting a fully enclosed structure, it effectively prevents the air fork from infecting the working environment clean between materials and air.
When used for large-scale production of high moisture materials, multiple units can be connected in series to meet user requirements (typical materials such as polyacrylamide).
