Description
The SZG double cone vacuum dryer is a new generation drying device developed by our factory in combination with similar domestic product technologies. The SZG double cone vacuum has a two-stage elastic connection method of belt and chain, so the equipment runs smoothly. The specially designed tooling fully reflects the good concentricity of the two shafts, and the heating medium and vacuum system both use reliable American technology rotary joints. On this basis, we developed SZG-A, which can achieve both stepless speed regulation and constant temperature control. As a professional drying equipment manufacturer, we serve our customers with over a hundred units annually. Our products range from high-temperature heat transfer oil as the thermal medium, medium temperature steam, and low-temperature hot water. When drying sticky materials, our factory will specially design a "copying plate" mechanism or set up rolling balls in the tank for you.
The middle of the vacuum rake dryer body is cylindrical, and the inside and outside of the body are divided into three layers. The heating medium in the middle jacket can be thermal oil circulation (pressure<0.3mpa gauge pressure) or steam (pressure<0.3mpa gauge pressure). The outer layer is made of ultra-fine glass wool, which has good insulation effect and low energy consumption. The inner layer is filled with materials, especially suitable for drying materials that are at risk of oxidation and heat sensitive materials, without damaging crystalline materials during the drying process, The strict restriction on materials containing metal ions and the requirement for the recovery (or toxicity) of volatile (or toxic substances to be discharged further demonstrate its superiority
The vacuum rake dryer is easy to operate and convenient for entering and exiting materials, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers. At the same time, it also reduces the environmental pollution of materials during the drying process, improves product quality, and meets the requirements of the drug management standard "GMP".
The SZG series double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double cone rotary tank body. The tank body is in a vacuum state, and thermal oil or hot water is introduced into the jacket for heating. The heat comes into contact with wet materials through the inner wall of the tank body. The water vapor or other gases that evaporate after absorbing heat from wet materials are extracted through a vacuum pump through a vacuum exhaust pipe. Due to the vacuum state inside the tank, and the rotation of the tank causing the material to constantly move up and down, inside and outside, the drying speed of the material is accelerated, the drying rate is increased, and the goal of uniform drying is achieved.
This machine is suitable for vacuum drying and mixing of powder and granular materials in industries such as medicine, food, and chemical industry, especially suitable for drying with the following requirements:
1. Cannot accept high-temperature thermosensitive materials
2. Materials that require the recovery of solvents and toxic gases
3. Materials that are prone to oxidation and hazardous
4. Materials with requirements for crystalline form
5. Require materials with extremely low residual volatile content
